The magnificent cup is in the Baden shape cup, pattern number 865. Robert Chamberlain started out working at the Worcester Porcelain Company in the 18th Century. in 1791 he started his porcelain company which became very successful but eventually merged with with Worcester (then called Barr & Flight) in 1840. The dimensions are 3 1/2 wide & 2 1/2 tall. The colour shines brightly, crazing except for a nibble on the base of the teacup. Antique Porcelain is never perfect, kilns were fired on coal in the 1800's China from this era. Please expect Firing flaws from flying particles on China are common from this period.
