This 1930s vintage creamer/milk jug is a great example of Keele Street Pottery Company's figural ceramics that they are best known for. A pale yellow makes up the overall body colour with accents of blue, brighter yellow, red & brown. This handsome fellow would make a playful addition to your service ware collection or simply as a whimsical Art Deco accent to your kitchen decor. Approx measurements: 10 cm (3-7/8) high; 6.5 cm (2.5) bottom diameter Unpacked weight: 198 g (7 oz) Very good vintage condition: overall crazing consistent with age; minor paint loss on one side of his beak; chip on the underside of the tail but quite unnoticeable when the jug is upright.
