This is just lovely - an ethnic Middle Eastern copper candle holder. A lovely hand punctured simple round design. The base has a holder for a small pillar candle. The cover of the lantern is punctured with a three leaved clover type holes & then a copper lid with a handle on the top. Would just add a gorgeous vintage feel to any home decor, be it modern or period. Very unusual. It was horribly dirty & covered in black smoke residue. It's taken a lot of cleaning & whilst it's not perfect it looks so different to how we found it. It's in good vintage condition with no major dents - just a little wonky in places. The height to top of the handle is 17.5 cms . Diameter of base is 9.5 cms. Candle holder opening 2 cms. Our items are antique or vintage with wear consistent with their age.
