Vintage 1980s black velvet dress. Off the shoulder design with scalloped neckline, & long sleeves. Full skirt with a tulle underskirt for a little extra volume. Concealed zip & hook & eye at the back. Fit & flare shape, very flattering. Perfect for New years & the upcoming festive season. Excellent vintage condition. Although there is some damage to the underneath skirt. The lining has some small holes at the bottom as seen in last picture. Not noticeable or seen when worn. Damage does not affect wearability & durability of dress. Size small.
