The front of this dress is adorned with a glitter panel, embellished with rhinestone edged moons. 5!!!!!! layers of quality star sequin sparkle tulle is used to create the skirt. The Pixie cut design gives it that unique spiky look. Decorated with a large sequin star. Really magical!!!! Satin ribbon straps & cute lace trimmed tulle sleeves. This tutu is designed at knee length so if you could provide me with the measurement from waistline to knee, I can make the dress accordingly. Made to order only.
