German Shepherd Dogs! Pillowcases The pillow cases can be personalized / customized & represent a Unique Hand Made gift sewn by me specifically for you as requested. I only rarely have a sizable or sometimes any embroidered pillow case inventory for most pillow cases. A set of two takes me at least several days to complete. It thus takes me a while to fill each order as I usually sew upon request. Please let me know; I can do my very best to send it sooner if you need it sooner. The pillowcases are unusual & very pretty gifts for: Mother's Day, Christmas, a wedding shower, or bridal shower, thank you, house warming, birthday, anniversary, graduation, Easter, thinking of you, Grandparents' Day, Father's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Ground hog Day, Halloween, celebrating pets ... & more. Pillow cases for children have been especially popular. Childrens' names are usually requested & the pillow cases are decorated with such images as trains, cars, dinosaurs, animals, stars & more. Kids' pillow cases with names & Christmas decorations have also been very popular. Pillow cases with an image of dogs or cats turn out to be very endearing & are rendered a bit more accurate by sending me a photo. The pet's name is usually added & they create a smile & a giggle. You can thus Personalize & Customize these pillowcases for friends & relatives if you'd like with initials, names, dates, different colors & more. Consider a special order & a new design that you would like & that suits you best. I usually sketch a card board stencil of the image desired & draw it on the pillow case with a water washable marker so I'm not certain I need to test them. For letters & numbers I sometimes also use ready made commercial stencils of various sizes. The yoyo fabric circles require that I collect small pieces of colorful & detailed fabric swatches. Small weave cotton & cotton blend fabric is the easiest material to fashion those small yoyos into shape. It's important to make sure that the fabric won't shrink after it's made into a yoyo so I may have to wash it beforehand. Slippery fabric such as silk & satins are a bit more difficult to get right but it can be done. It's essential that these small cloth pieces destined to become a yoyo not fade onto the pillow case fabric so they may need to be tested beforehand. I've sometimes added unusual & vintage buttons to the embroidered pillowcases & also small glass beads, ribbon, & yarn. Again, the ribbon & yarn can't fade or excessively shrink after they are sewn on the pillow case. Some of these materials may not be appropriate for a young child's pillow case. About the White pillow cases: the thread count is 250 & they are 60% combed cotton & 40% polyester. They are called Royal Suite & manufactured by Thomaston Mills, USA.
