This handmade unique tealight holder is made from very old scottish elm wood & includes some interesting bark cavities (fully sealed) as well as showing plenty of straight, wavy & flecked elm grain in a deep teardrop shape. This item has rich dark brown colours as often seen in older elm & is an ideal centre piece for a table or on a mantle shelf. Several coats of natural oils have been applied to finish the wood & capture the wonderful colours, which will provide protection for years to come. A further coat of furniture oil or wax can be added at a later date if you so wish. The underside of the tealight holder is branded with our new "anyfink, Made in Scotland" logo. The holder measures approx 19x13x10 cm (7.5x5x4 inches) & holds three standard size tea lights (included). This is a substantial item & weighs approx 1.1 kg.
