OOAK CRIB MOBILE MADE TO ORDER FOR YOUR PERFECT NURSERY! This adorable Needle Felted Woodland Mobile will bring joy & enchantment to any child’s room or nursery. It makes a perfect gift for a baby shower or for a child's bedroom. This mobile features a Baby Fawn on his bed of felted leaves & natural forest twigs. Around him are fairy toadstools & oak branches with acorns & ladybirds. The whole mobile is suspended from a felted cloud, moon & a star by cotton cord from a wooden beechwood hoop. The mobile is 15 cm/6" in width & approximately 15 cm/6" in height. The mobile is handmade using the traditional dry needle felting technique from 100% natural sheep’s wool. I take care with my nursery mobiles to suspend the different items so that the baby has as good a view as possible from his crib! These mobiles are individually made to order: please note the photographs are from previous commissions & for illustration only - every mobile is unique & specially made for you. TURNAROUND TIME My current turnaround for mobiles is 4-6 WEEKS from the date of purchase. However this is just an estimate & there may be a chance your order will be completed earlier than this time frame. HOW THIS ITEM IS MADE Needle felting is the process of binding wool fibres by repeatedly stabbing them with a barbed needle. The barbs catch onto the fibres & cause them to tangle & bind together. To create a 3D sculpture it can take hours of work & thousands of stabs from start to finish. This mobile is unique, beautifully designed & carefully crafted, & made with great attention to detail.
