All our wood used for production is bought in small batches & sustainably sourced. As a result of our products being natural & hand-crafted the size & shape may vary slightly with each product. Important things to remember. - Olive wood requires some periodic care. - Only hand wash, never put in the dishwasher. Once washed, dry immediately. - Regularly using a neutral oil (such as olive oil) & a soft cloth to oil the surfaces of the wood will bring the grain's natural beauty alive, then let it absorb the oil for an hour. Terms & Conditions. SHIPPING Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. UK delivery usually takes 1 - 3 working days, international delivery can take 2 - 10 working days depending on the delivery service & destination. REFUNDS & RETURNS If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, please contact us to arrange a replacement or a refund. If for any reason a return is required, please call or email us & we will provide a shipping label. CANCELLATIONS You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
