On offer is this lovely old fork. It's in good condition overall - the silver plating has completely worn off exposing the base nickel silver; there are also a few notable corrosion specs & light scratches here & there too but as shown in the photos all adding to the aged charm & character of the piece. It's of traditional form, the tine end being plain in design. The handle has been crafted from ebonised wood & has such a lovely finish/ smooth patina - an absolute delight to hold. HRP marked, Sheffield or Birmingham, circa late 19th / early 20th century. It measures 17.7cm (around 7 inches) in length & despite the condition issues raised is ready to be collected & enjoyed once again!
