On offer is this lovely collectible pair of salts. Both are in good condition overall, the silver plating shines up well still - extensive ware to the once gilded interiors but traces still remain & contrast well; notable manufacturing flaws to both undersides as well as light scuffs & scratches commensurate with age but as shown all adding to the aged charm & character of the duo. They're of traditional form, beautifully decorated with an attractive grooved open bowl & charming pedestal base. Both original spoons are present & are absolutely charming! Unmarked for a maker, Sheffield or Birmingham produced, circa late 19th century. They each measure a charming 50mm outer diameter by 30mm in total height. A lovely duo ready to be collected & enjoyed once again! The postage quote is for a Royal Mail tracked & insured service.
