On offer is this lovely vintage napkin ring. It's in good condition overall - extensive ware to the antimony exposing the base copper metal; notable darkened areas of corrosion / verdigris as well as light scuffs & scratches commensurate with age; there are also notable manufacturing score lines to the inner area as well as a notable join seam line but as shown all adding to the aged charm & character of the piece. It's of traditional form, the exterior beautifully decorated with a three clawed dragon against a floral background - the detailing is of a good standard which can be displayed from all angles. Unmarked for a maker, Japanese produced, circa third quarter of the 20th century. It measures a charming 45mm in outer diameter by 27mm in height & is ready to be collected & enjoyed once again!
