FROSTY NEATNIK PLUSH SNOWMAN - VINTAGE 1990s - with WARM OUTFIT This Neatnik Frosty carries a big Broom in hand as he smiles wide on what must be a very cold day. To keep warm, he has a charcoal Sweater with a giant Snowflake on the front. Around his neck is a plaid scarf. Measurements are approx. 7-3/4 high x 7-1/4 wide. Frosty has a black hat decorated with teeny pine cones & faux evergreen. He stands by himself since his canvas body seems to be weighted with something like dozens & dozens of dried beans. That's my guess. It could be some other material. A long ago gift, Frosty was given to me by a friend in the Southwest.
