Triple Hare Meditation Cushion with oak leaves & acorns. The Triple Hare motif is an ancient design found in various parts of the world. Its origins & original significance are uncertain, as are the reasons why it appears in such diverse locations. It is thought to have connections with the Goddess & her triple aspect, as well as symbolic associations with fertility & the lunar cycle. The design on this cushion has the hares surrounded by oak leaves & acorns. We will lovingly make this meditation cushion to order for you, in our sewing studio in Glastonbury, or the Ancient Isle of Avalon as it is also known. It will be made with a high quality 100% cotton velvet for a superior feel, in a gorgeous shade of royal purple. The back of the cushion is pure wool to give it more robustness on the floor. It will be embroidered with luxury threads which have a lovely sheen to them & catch the light, giving the illusion of the Hares changing colour as they chase each other around the circle. If you don't have a meditation space you could create a Tranquility corner where you can sit on your cushion, relax & practice mindfulness, meditate or just listen to some uplifting affirmations.
