The leather has been reconditioned & a stationary base attached allowing the chair to operate exactly as it did when aboard the aircraft. The data plate containing FAA Certification Information & Serial Number is on display on the front of the base providing a touch of authenticity to this high-end chair. Original armrest controls show wear from use however they are fully functional allowing the chair to recline & rotate 360 degrees.
