Now I don't like to get mushy ... but this is inspired by a bit of a Valentines vibe with a slightly darker twist. Our anatomical heart with wings is solid sterling silver & has the cutest little heart surprise tucked into the back .. just for you... coz you need to feel the love too you know ! The pendant is approx 40mm from wing tip to wing tip & approx 15mm from the top of the heart to the bottom. We have set it into an 18 chain as standard with a second little solid heart charm set a little way to one side of the main pendant. if you'd prefer a different length chain ... just shout !
