A good quality antique French white mtis linen sheet circa 1930's. Heavy fabric, sturdy enough to be used to recover chairs & to turn into a curtain with the embroidered & open worked border folded over to make a pelmet. The sheet has an embroidered monogram G O or G D? & has extensive ladder work going along the width of the sheet & one third down both sides. Lovely open work details at both corners.
