This is a lovely Silver Dessert Spoon from the 1800s. It comes in a green gift bag & would be a fantastic present. It was made by William Eaton & was Hallmarked in London in 1839. It features the Hallmark of Queen Victoria. The spoon is fiddle shaped which was a very popular design in the 1800s. The Hallmarks & maker's marks are stamped on the back of the handle. The spoon is in good condition & would be ideal for using as a dessert spoon or for serving. It has light scratches to it & a couple of tiny tarnish spots which all add to the aged look.
