Mid-century Italian bamboo & rattan table (circa 1960s). An absolutely stunning table which mixes flair, character & practicality. The table is a mix of bamboo & rattan covered on the cross-hatched surface by a protective, fitted glass piece. The bamboo structure has a characterful, aged patina which adds charm & firmly places it in the mid 20th century. A piece such as this comes along very rarely, it is in good vintage condition commensurate with age. The rattan strands which bind the bamboo are also filled with character - some show minor splitting. (Please see all accompanying photos). Upon request a video of the table will be provided.
