Description
This is a small handmade ceramic tea cup or small bowl with a beautiful organic shape, underglazed in a blue dutch animal design. I deliberately painted a few spots & irregularities to emphasise the antique look. You may also use this for ice cream, peanuts, berries, jewelry etc. I handbuilt it with beige clay, painted it with underglazes, fired it in a kiln, glazed it with glossy clear glaze (foodsafe & cadmium & lead free) & fired it again. It measures appr. 5 x 11.7 cm. The piece is elegantly wonky which makes it even more characteristic & beautiful. Colors may look different than on reality. I fire my kiln with solar power from my own roof. I wrap everything in second-hand, plantstarch or cardboard material.
