Made to order. Different mugs available. You can use one of the existing designs, or I can make a bespoke mug with your pet's portrait. The portraits are originally made using clay, then casted in polymer clay & oven cured. I will keep you posted & share picture of the sculpting process, so you can feedback & approve the model. Dispatch: If you chose existing design, the mug will be dispatched in 3-5 days. If you chose your own pet portrait, it will take between 5 to 14 days. If you need it faster or have any other questions, please DM me & I will let you know how fast I can make it for you. If you're not in the UK: I can ship WW, please contact me for delivery cost.
