This wooden art work is part of an 8 piece collection designed by artist Jenn Ski & collaborated with me, Blackwell Woodworks. We love the mid century modern era & blended these art pieces with abstract art & minimalist art designs. Jenn & I are inspired by Atomic Retro architecture & furniture & aim to brings these elements into our craft. Everything is completely natural with no stains or dyes. What you see is purely the organic wood colors & textures. We're using exotic hardwoods like Koa, Rosewood, Purpleheart & Wenge to name a few. American woods such as Alder, Oak & Ash are also incorporated into all of our work. This wood is recycled from my background as an electric guitar builder, making these art pieces truly unique & sustainable with a fun story behind their construction. Measures approx 12x16 & framed in simple walnut. Ready to hang! Custom sized available too! Just ask & I can quote you for larger sizes.
