- authentic vintage fabric 'Caprice' by Pinewood Fabrics (dating from the 50s or thereabouts) - backed with a natural coloured cotton fabric - concealed zip & overlocked seams - design may vary from photo due to pattern placement Stunning abstract vintage cushion cover in a modernist design of ship & moon-like forms in orange, black & white. The fabric is called 'Caprice' & was manufactured by Pinewood. It probably dates from the 50s & is in good used condition (repurposed from a curtain). It's a fabulous print & would make a great home accessory for anyone who appreciates the design & aesthetic of mid century modern. The covers are backed with a natural coloured cotton fabric with a concealed zip at the bottom & all seams are overlocked for strength & durability. please note The sizes stated are for the required cushion pad (not included) & the covers themselves are 2-3cm smaller to ensure a snug fit. So for example, if you select the 45 x 45cm/18 x 18 option, the cover you get will be 2-3cm smaller than this. Care instructions: I would recommend professional cleaning or gentle hand wash. All cushion covers are hand made by myself using contemporary & vintage fabrics. I tend to buy smaller pieces of fabric so only a small amount of cushion covers will be available in each design.
