Made in the Gablonz region of old Czechoslovakia, beaded Christmas ornaments such as these have been made for over 100 years & catalogues in the Museum of Jablonec have images of spiders, planes, cars, animals, figures & insects, all made from antique mercury glass beads Made in the 1970's, this is a classic retro Gablonz bead ornament. With a central large blown gold glass bead with a ring of blown silver mercury glass beads, all finished with metallic pink fringes Please note, this is an original vintage Gablonz ornament & not a reproduction.
