Tapio Wirkkala designed this set in 1956. Iittala official catalog number for this creamer is 2371 & for this sugar bowl 2370. It is quite confusing that he did design almost same looking creamer 2369 & sugar bowl 2368 about the same time for Iittala. Both sets were handmade (blown by mouth into molds) & both sets were produced in about 3-5 different colors: at least clear, purple, red & this smoky blue. Iittala & Karhula glass-works produced these items in period 1956-1974. Measurements creamer / sugar bowl: Height 65 mm / 45 mm Diameter 58 mm / 78 mm Volume as filled full 15cl / 15 cl Weight 70 g / 60 g, together 130 g Material: colorful hand made glass This set is almost in perfect condition: only minimal marks of usage may be seen (I did not). The old Iittala stickers are remaining, but on creamer only partly. The price is for a set of 1+1. Shipping cost is according 1.0 kg weight on the chart.
