These candle holder bowls named Koiranputki (Cow Parsley) were designed by Pertti Kallioinen in 1986. They were produced by Mntsln Lasisept glass works for few years until the rights were sold to Italy, USA & probably for Finnish Humppila too. Usually, they were made as 75 mm high. The larger bowl, 115 mm high bowl, can be used with tea light or little table candle diameter under 48 millimeters. As I studied more about this manufacturer subject, there was said that Humppila made these bowls later from crystal glass, as other producers made the bowls using normal not so clear glass. Mntsln Lasisept was a middle size Finnish glass work focused on designed & handmade items. The firm acted in the eighties until it was forced to stop because of economic problems. Later they have continued under name Lasisept & Art Glass, maybe some other names too. Dimensions: Height 75 mm Diameter 125 mm Hole diameter 45 mm Volume 28 cl Weight 300 g They are in excellent vintage condition: no visible marks of use are seen. The stickers are missing.
