It was made in the seventies most likely by Schoonhoven but the hallmark is difficult to read. This Delft Blue creamer is in a mint VINTAGE condition. Another similar Delft cow creamer is available in the shop with a cow bell. For the most realistic impression of the colors please use your PC much nicer in real. Between 1600 & 1800, it was popular among rich families who would show off their Delft Blue collections to one another. Delft Blue was not made from the typical porcelain clay, but from clay that was coated with a tin glaze after it was fired. in spite of this, Delft Blue achieved unrivaled popularity, & at its peak, there were 33 factories in Delft.
