Personalised family tree that would make the perfect Mother's Day or birthday gift for Mum, or an anniversary or Christmas gift for Mum & Dad! A truly thoughtful & sentimental gift. All the family can be included, even your precious pets - please let us know if they're a dog or cat as we can put their names on a cute paw shape, any other pets would go on a heart. There are lots of different colour options to choose from in the drop down menu & the buttons will be a selection of different shades, shapes & sizes in your chosen colour. As it's a handmade, made to order item I can be flexible with colours & trims, please get in touch to discuss any requirements. Also at the base of the tree is the word 'family', if you'd like 'grandchildren' instead, if it's a gift for grandparents, please let us know in the personalisation box. Please enter all the names you'd like on the tree in order from top to bottom. The price includes up to 6 hearts with names on, any additional hearts are 50p each, please select the relevant one from the drop down menu.
