Each original 2x3 print is framed in a 3x4 frame white frame. I make each print myself so every print is a small work of art. While I do my best to standardize this process to give my customers a consistent product, each print is truly unique. There will be variations in the shades of blue for every print. Every print has been hand coated, printed & washed with care by me. What is a Cyanotype? Cyanotypes, discovered in 1842, are photographic prints that produce uniquely blue images. The process involves mixing two chemicals, coating the paper with the resulting solution, exposing it to UV (sun) light & washing it.
