Lovely Art Deco blue glass footed posy bowl or vase complete with its original flower frog, manufactured by Sowerby in the 1930's - it can be seen in their Illustrated List 32 dating from 1938 as model number 2570. It measures 12cm tall & 14.5cm wide, & weighs 1.06kg. It's in very good condition for its age & design. There is some slight roughness to the edges of the feet, & the underside of the holes of the flower frog have some small chips & rough spots as commonly seen on these pieces. It also has the usual bubble inclusions seen in glass of this age. This gorgeous posy vase would make a great addition to any Art Deco glass collection, & is also a great useable size for a floral display.
