WHAT YOU RECEIVE Once you are happy with your artwork it will be printed on matte finished high quality 230gms paper. For digital files you will receive a high quality 300 dpi JPEG of your chosen size. NO FRAME is provided ONLY the PRINT. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Simply tell us: - Names of couple & wedding date - Size of print - Send a high quality photo to us at captureartuk@gmail.com (low resolution will result in poor final product) Sizes - 5x7 inch - 8x10 - A4 - 11x14 - A3 DETAILS Once payment is confirmed please allow 1-3 business days for your print to be emailed via your Etsy registered email for approval before print. Prints are shipped in secure packaging via Royal Mail & take on average 2-3 days to be delivered. OUR PROCESS Once we have your photo we do any photo restoration needed to ensure all the detail is correct & then draw with digital charcoal brushes to turn your image into a traditional charcoal sketch . Our post production process allows us to change the finish of your portrait & make any changes to your proof should you require it. Not sure about your photo, please contact us & we will be happy to advise before you order! The higher the quality the better the final print! All our portraits are printed in house on high quality photo art paper using genuine inks to ensure the colour & finish of the print lasts for years to come compared to standard prints.
