A little Christmas Cottage made with driftwood from the Devon coast & other found things. The ornament is completely handmade by myself. I love driftwood & it works so well with distressed chalk paint. Each one I make is completely different to the next which makes each piece unique. I have made 6 of them at the time of listing & of course each one is slightly different due to the nature of the wood used. The base of each measures approx. 6cm & they are approx 5.5 / 6cm high. Each one is slightly different so I have numbered them so you can choose the one that you would like to purchase. Just choose which numbered cottage you would like from the drop down menu. I have used some reclaimed timber for the cottage & painted it with a pale taupe / grey paint & lightly distressed. The roof of the cottage & door are made from a shaped piece of Devon driftwood. The roof has a chimney made from a nail. There are tiny pinecones as Christmas trees either side of the cottage with a snowy feel. There is a little snowy fence along the front of the cottage. The whole piece has been given a snowy feel with white chalk paint There are small pieces of dried wood, seaweed, rocks & coral used on the piece. This item is not a toy & has pointed objects.
