Vintage 1958 & 1959 x4 botanic prints by Dora Ratman. Published in Amateur Gardening magazine as a supplement. BUTTERFLY GLADIOLI (Left-right: Gipsy Love, Anecdote, Melody) - 4th April 1959 CALIFORNIAN POPPIES (ESCHSCHOLZIA CALIFORNICA) - 14th March 1959 MESEMBRYANTHEMUM CRINIFLORUM - 21st March 1959 HEMEROCALLIS ATHLONE (top) & LOCHINVAR (bottom) - 25th September 1958 Lovely bright colours, ready to frame or for crafting project. Measures: Approx. 29cm x 21cm The prints are in good overall vintage condition with only the odd slight creasing on edges & very light handling creases - nothing that is particularly distracting or would be seen once framed. The Californian Poppies print has a couple of light spot marks near it's name & a light mark near the date on top right corner. The one side has been cut from the supplement. The writing i.e. the date & names are printed in blue ink on two of the prints & grey on the other two. Please see all photos for overall condition - colours may vary slightly depending on light conditions. The majority of my items are vintage & as such bear the marks & scars of their preloved life!
