This is a superb & unusual example of a duvet cover. It dates from around the 1930s probably from Northern Europe where duvets were more common at the time. The topside is silk blend/rayon & the colour is pink. It is floral design with embroidered chain stitch. The back is a cotton blend. There are tie tabs at one end. It is approximately a single bed cover but could be used as a throw, bed end cover or adapted to form another piece. Please see photos. 172 x 146cm it is is not a regular size.
