This is an antique double bed throw. Made in France in the 1920s of a cotton & linen blend called Metis. These throws were embroidered by prospective brides as part of their trousseau. This one features an blue embroidered floral monogram & an Openwork border. Generally in good condition just a few original weaving faults . Great for warm summer nights.
