Hand poured geometric concrete planter for succulents & small plants for the super modern home. These unique planters can be used both inside your home our outside in the garden. They work great as table center pieces or can be used to hold pencils or paint brushes. Due to be handmade, each pot is individual which means that colours may vary slightly to the image shown & there may be small blemishes in the concrete. Dimensions: 15 cm high 11.5 cm outer width Please note that when you purchase this item it doesn't come with the plant. Delivery: As items are handmade to order they take a few days to make as the concrete needs to be poured, set, sanded & sealed. They will then be boxed & wrapped in recycled parcel paper & finished with a lovely bow.
