New product from Coach House Forge We think these hand forged, contemporary 'Angel' candle holders are the perfect addition to any mantlepiece. They've been recieving great feedback from our customers at local craft markets, now you can own one too! Hand forged from red hot steel, each one is unique - no two will ever be the same. We create the surface texture using hand hammers, the metal is then hand sanded & polished to reveal a truly unique look. They are finished with wax to provide a protective & attractive patina. Their heads are slightly bowed & their wings gracefully turn in to gently envelope the candle flames. The Guardian Angels stand 180mm high & are 97mm wide. The base has a diameter of 75mm. They are forged from 3mm thick steel & will last for generations. We have two styles available: The 'chisel cut' design has a more contemporary look. A hot chisel is used to texture the surface. The 'hammered' design is more traditional - a straight peen hammer is used to texture the surface. Why not let us stamp a special date, name or comment on the base of your Angel? We use vintage number & letter punches to stamp up to 10 characters on either the base or the rear of the tree. Gift something unique & hand made, or just buy one for yourself!
