A stunning Mid Century Modern vintage wall-mounted candle holder by Dantoft Kunstartikler, Dansk Design (Denmark). The large geometric sconce is black lacquered wrought iron with a mounted large glass slab. I'm lead to believe the architectural amber glass slab is by Lindshammar (Sweden). The sconce is designed to be wall mounted (has a hole for a screw to hang it) & has a holder tray for a pillar candle. Brutalist meets Scandinavian Modernist meets gothic in style. Circa 1960s vintage. Handmade & maintains the original sticker. It extends to a good sized 40cm x 17cm wide x 14.5cm deep at the bottom tray. Rectangular glass is 12cm long x 3.5 x 2cm.
