Description
A beautiful art glass candle holder by Holmegaard of Copenhagen, Denmark. Designed by Sidse Werner for Holmegaard Glass in the 1960s/1970s, this is probably 1980s. The design is 'Water-lily' & I believe it's model no. 601-30-16. It is shaped like an opening flower with ice-textured outer petals or leaves. The heavy clear pressed glass has a slight hint of aqua blue. It's a decent sized small bowl or large candle holder/votive. 12.5cm wide x 7cm high. Excellent condition. Probably hand blown, moulded & hand finished. Perfect for Christmas dining or mood-setting, or to go with other votives. Includes P&P to the UK. Will include a tealight candle.
