Description
A translucent glass jar, believed to dare from the Victorian era. The jar is of a small size, with a round base & a cylindrical shape. As such, it is perfectly shaped to function as a tea-light candle holder. The glass looks beautiful when illuminated from within, as the flame's glow is dissipated by the frosted effect on the translucent glass. The pot would also work well as a trinket or coin holder. This pot forms part of a collection that was excavated from underground, & have been scrubbed clean with a bleach solution to ensure that they are sanitary. With such an interesting history, the jar is likely to appeal to fans of the dark academia aesthetic. Measurements... Height: approx 7cm Base: approx 5cm This antique jar is in very good condition, with only the most minor marks of age (please see photos).
