Our gifts are all engraved by hand (not a laser machine in sight!), & you can choose your own message to make your gift extra special - just type your message for engraving into the personalisation box, & we will do the rest! Maximum 30 characters on bowl, 20 characters on base please. HOW DO WE DO WHAT WE DO? Well, as we said before, we don't use laser machines or digital equipment, so your glass gift will be made especially for you, just like this: We check your order to see what message you have asked us to engrave, & then we sketch the message out in our hand designed calligraphy font onto paper, to see how it will best fit on the item. After putting on a very attractive mask & a noisy extractor fan we etch the message onto the glass using a diamond tipped pendant rotary drill, going back over the design & adding italic strokes so that it looks perfect! A vacuum clean, then a polish & shine up...and there you have it - personalised by hand, for you, with care & love. Please see our FAQ for more information.
