Bring a bit of magic into your daily routine with this witchy mug! The hand carved design features a crescent moon alongside stamped diamonds. This functional piece of art will bring you power & magic whenever you use it! I made this mug by hand, using rolled out thin sheets of porcelain. I stamped parts of the slab with tiny diamonds. I assembled it & then after cleaning it up, I added the coil & crystal vignette. After this dried, I painted the black & carved the moon. After the cup was completely dry, I fired it to 1,828 degrees. I painted rainbow underglazes & wiped away so that the texture was highlighted. I then glazed the crystals with Lavender, the leaves with jade, & the Coil with Sky. Blue Midnight is the inside glaze. Finally, it went to its last firing at 2,232 degrees! This mug was made with lots of love, & will brighten up any day!! This piece is food & microwave safe. I recommend hand washing for durability.
