Characterful Vintage Inspector of Ships - Chatham - Black Wooden Trunk / Storage Box / Coffee Table / Side Table With Rope Handles This charming trunk/box have been used by B. Croft, inspector of ships at Chatham Docks. The lettering & vintage look is just wonderful & the rope handles just add that little extra to this black wooden box. It is in good vintage condition. As with most vintage items & especially trunks/storage boxes, there are dents, marks etc, which we find is what makes vintage so charming & characterful.
