All our comfy pillowcases are crafted in-house, right here in Southeast Kansas. -Machine wash & Dry This is not an iron-on or embroidery it is made using Dye Sublimation. Dye Sublimation Transfer is a process where you take an image - that has been created digitally & then print this image with a printer using special sublimation transfer inks onto transfer paper. The item is then heat pressed on to the item. COLORS - Please keep in mind every computer monitor can vary in terms of brightness, contrast & even colors. This is why it is impossible that your item will match exactly what you see on screen. in general reds tend to be less bright/vivid than what you see on your screen Please remember that these are all made to order, I try to have them shipped out within 3-5 business days, however, please allow at least 7 days to process your order. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 days to arrive at your door depending on the postal service. I usually ask that customers order their items at least 14 days in advance of needing them. Please remember that these are all made to order. Processing time is 3-5 business days after payment received. Business days are Monday - Friday (except holidays). Shipping time varies depending on how many orders are ahead of you. in general, most orders ship within a few business days to a week at busier times (Christmas, Mother & Father's Day) it can take longer. I always ship as quickly as I can please keep in mind your item is custom & I do have other customers orders ahead of you.
