This has been SOLD & is shown for demonstration purposes only should you wish me to try to find a similar piece. Large, Merchants solid pine, chest of drawers from around the 1970's. Very heavy & hand made in pine. Multiple deep drawers in a shallow frame make this ideal for a hallway or where bedroom space is limited. The drawers are solid & thick with dovetail drawers & tongue & groove bottoms. This has been sanded back from the old lacquer finish to reveal the natural pine. The frame & the knobs have been painted in a sage green chalk paint & waxed for protection. The top & the drawers fronts have been sanded back to the orignal pine & a sealed with stained Danish oil for a darker finish & is durable & waterproof. It measures 124cm wide, 32cm deep & 92cm high.
