We allow 14 days from the date of receipt of the headpiece for UK item & 30 days for rest of the world to return it to us, our returns requirements are that it is returned properly packaged to prevent damage in the post, it is unworn/as new condition & has not had the tag tampered with in any way. Please double check it will meet these requirements before returning as we cannot accept a return that does not.
