Description
Stunning shades of dark blue cells, light blue circles, & black ribbons. Made from blown glass by me in my shop in North Carolina. Making murrine is a multi day process. I make the murrine, let it anneal overnight, & then cut it into round pieces. The round pieces are then arranged on a ceramic plate & heated, to make the piece. Lot's of time involved in this process. I use cork paddles to flatten the sides of this piece, to give it an awesome/organic shape. approximately 2.260 lbs. 6 inches tall 5 inches wide at it's widest point. opening is approximately 1.5 inches wide Shades Of Blue Murrine Smash Vase
