Is there anything Santa can't do? Of course not! Offer this handmade decoration to friends & family in construction, they'll love it! The purchase of this listing is for one hand-drawn birch wood ornament with the following specifications: Design: Cute Santa building with bricks, cement & all the rest equipment Size: approximately 3.5 inches (9 cm) Personalize each item with a unique text on its back. You can fill up to 60 charactes at checkout, but contact me if you need a bit more space. The writing will be in capital letters. If you opt out of personalization, then a Merry Christmas will be written by default. Feel free to ask for any custom design. Every ornament is individually hand-drawn, therefore there might be slight differences in the design. Items are made-to-order, on randomly selected wooden slices, each of them with unique natural characteristics & various round shapes, with full, partial or no bark. They are unvarnished to preserve the rustic look. They are then mailed in a kraft bubble envelope. I kindly ask you to recycle envelope's paper & reuse its bubble wrap. SHIPPING: During the Christmas season, I ship daily Monday to Friday, local morning time. I do, however, work on weekends so your ornaments can be ready to be shipped first thing Monday. STANDARD SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via national registered mail. A signature will be required upon delivery. You can see estimated delivery times for your area in shipping & policies, right under the item's checkout page. ExPRESS shipping is available at a fixed cost: 40 (approx. $45) for orders up to 20 items 50 (approx. $55) for orders from 21 to 40 items. Any additional shipping fees over the mentioned above amounts, will be refunded to you. IMPORTANT: Estimated delivery for ExPRESS shipping is 3-6 business days after your order has traveled from me & has been released from your country's customs. This usually takes a few days. If possible, I always ship within the same day of your purchase during busy periods, but please understand that I do not have any control over trasportation carriers, & that estimated does not mean guaranteed.
