This blanket comes with a carry handle to make it the perfect accessory for a family picnic or outing. Personalised with a family name or message of your choice. All embroidery is completed at our Sussex workship by one of our team. Please note we cannot embroider emoji's This blanket is available in slate, navy, red & stone colours. HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE Duncan Stewart Textiles are committed to reducing plastic waste in our production processes. We aim to reduce the use of plastic by providing our personalised orders, where possible, in non-woven bags. Non-woven bags are made from natural, recycled fibres & are therefore eco-friendly & make a beautiful addition to a personalised gift. Please see listing images for reference to our non-woven bag design. Otherwise all goods are supplied in grip or zipped sealed plastic bags before being shipped in our recycled material grey mailing bags. SHIPPING INFORMATION We typically send all Standard Shipping with Royal Mail 2nd class although sometimes we upgrade shipping based on weight. CHRISTMAS Please carefully check delivery dates advertised RETURNS We can accept returns on goods that do not have any embroidery or customisation on them. Goods made to order are not able to be returned. Please note that even ‘stock embroidery’ i.e. our His & Hers towels are made to order as you choose the towel colour. If we’ve made a mistake in embroidery or your item has a fault, please take an image & contact us via Etsy & we will get back to you to work towards a resolution. We will not provide a full refund without prior communication, plain goods returned will be refunded less the original shipping & personalised items we will communicate with you in regards to return costs/ methods & available refunds.
