Description

Handmade Stoneware espresso/cappuccino mug with a coloured stoneware exterior glaze inspired by the earth & ocean. The mug is approximately 6cm in height, 7.5cm in diameter & has a capacity of approximately 220ml. I try to be as sympathetic to the environment as possible in the production of my pottery - I use rainwater in the throwing process, & then fire the items in my Rohde Ecotop kiln with energy supplemented from my own solar panels. I use paper-based products for packaging purposes & reuse them whenever possible. There will be natural variations in dimensions & glazes. All the items are dishwasher/microwave safe.
